Dear Youth Sponsor/Pastor,
Harvest Teen Rally* Saturday September 11th * 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
We are excited to have you join us again this year. Steve Pettit will be preaching the 2010 Harvest Teen Rally. For any of you who has never been to the rally, we cram a whole week of camp into one day. We will have 3 preaching services throughout the day and lots of enjoyable activities also.
NEW this year: 2 new dodgeball inflatables- sign up for the tourney!
Lunch will also be provided. We will have concessions throughout the day. Please be ready to get a little dirty and have fun. We will be continuing the volleyball tourney tradition along with a 3 on 3 basketball tourney. We have a new human foosball inflatable this year that is awesome. The cost for the day for each person coming is $15. So please get ready to come and have a great day on the farm with us. We look forward to serving you.
Here is a list to help you get registered:
- Print the Teen letter, and pass out to your teens- extras for visitors.
(Please have your teens use this opportunity to invite their unsaved friends. We can't emphasize this enough. Brother Pettit will preach the Word of God very clearly emphasizing salvation in at least one service.)
- Send in your We're Planning to Come card - Don't forget postage.

Pre-register your teams
Volleyball- mixed groups are fine
Basketball- girls teams and boys teams (3 on 3)
Corn Hole- teams of 2 pastors and/or teens
Fooseball- teams of 6
Dodgeball- teams of 5
- Collect permission slips and money. *To be turned in upon arrival.
Permission slip required for most games.
- Join us September 11th! At 9 a.m.
We would like to encourage you to invite other churches. Feel free to copy the We're Planning to Come card as well as the other information needed to get them registered. Or call us to add others to the mailing list.
